You will receive a confirmation by email and the driver will contact you to clarify the journey details.
You can of course cancel trips free of charge up to 4 hours before the start of the trip.
If the flight / train is delayed on the same day, the driver will still pick you up at the updated arrival time. One hour waiting time from the landing of the flight is included, even in the case of delays. Please always state the flight or train number!
The driver will be waiting with a name sign in the arrival area.
In addition to our online payment methods, you can also pay in the vehicle:
PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Discover and many more. If your payment system was not mentioned, ask us by email. Our team will help you.
Tik Tak Transfer offers trips to and from Munich and Munich Airport. We also offer limousine trips in and around Munich, e.g. when you have to go to a meeting or a business lunch. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to answer them by email.
The drivers speak German as their mother tongue, and at least English. We also have many drivers who speak other languages. If a specific language is required, please specify when booking
The invoice is sent automatically by email after the journey is completed; the driver does not issue any invoices.
